The Artist Behind the Lens

I’m Holly, and I’m a portrait photographer based in the Kansas City area. I am also a wife, mom of two boys, dog mom, ER nurse, Dr Pepper lover, and online shopping enthusiast.

I love laughing at my own jokes and scrolling social media while the TV plays softly in the background. I also love all things colorful and creative. I particularly love being able to capture the essences of people and animals, their personalities, and their relationships in camera. That’s why you’ll see lots of pictures of laughing, playing, or natural posing in my portfolio.

My sessions are stress-fee and fun! I always tell parents to not worry about the chaos during their session. I love capturing it and their family as they are everyday. I love when a Mom gets their gallery and gasps at all the sweet moments she didn’t even know I was capturing.

Don’t be surprised if you don’t recognize me at our session after seeing these photos. My hair is ALWAYS in a messy bun and i’m wearing leggings and a tshirt!
